It was great! Charles really knows his stuff; I haven't used this computer in a couple of years and it is better than it ever was. He helped me with donwloads that I needed, set up the operating system and was a wealth of inforlmation on a wide range of IT topics. He also set up a malware account for me. He is friendly, patient and was fun to talk with. I highly reccomend him! Thanks again Charles!

Charles is the best. I initially contacted him a few years ago with a display problem, and he actually walked me through it on the phone, got it fixed, and he didn't charge me anything. It's rare to see that level of integrity and customer service these days. He's also done some hardware fixes for me , is very knowledgeable, very efficient, very personable, and very reasonable. This time, because I had some old software that I was very dependent on, I was very concerned about their compatibility upgrading to Windows 11, but he nicely upgraded my system to Windows 11, and ensured that those old programs worked, not only on the new Windows upgrade, but also on my Laptop, which I was having some compatibility issues on. I will not hesitate in the least to hire him for any of my computer issues.

The reviews of Charles and his company are true and valid. I had mishandled the installation of a new CPU, and knew I was far out of my comfort zone to try and resolve my self-induced issue. Charles was polite and understanding, not making me feel like an idiot. We had some preliminary discussions over the phone before I dropped off the desktop. Again, Charles provided a detailed game plan, and before I returned home, he diagnosed the issue and suggested a refurbished system, along with the estimated costs, which I felt were reasonable. Charles kept me informed throughout the day, and was able to complete the work by late afternoon. I now have a more powerful and upgraded system thanks to Charles. Would highly recommend his services.

Charles is very honest and professional. I took my laptop to him to diagnose. Upon looking at right there. He immediately gave me his professional opinion. I came to Charles when my PC began to show problems when I installed a new cpu fan. He was very quick to diagnose the problem and noticed me right away. Less than 2 hours and my PC was back home and working. Highly recommend 🙌

As everyone has said in reviews, Charles is terrific--super quick to respond, very knowledgeable, "lightning" quick turnaround, and very reasonably priced. Sadly, my computer is toast (thanks to two spills in quick succession--coffee and wine) but Charles was able to find/save the data off my hard disk I needed and then offered to recycle the parts that could still be used and recycled the rest. Would highly recommend him!
